-By Commissioning Me, You Are Bound to the Following Conditions, Whether You Read Them or Not-

✦ General Information ✦

I have recently started doing art full time, and as such, I have far more time to focus on artwork and making my business better. I am doing my best to keep up with messages and commission requests, but if I do not reply within 24 hours, please feel free to send another message! I sometimes lose track of my messages and will appreciate a little reminder poke!

Depending on the length of my queue, commissions may be completed within a few days to a few months, though I generally finish commissions in a timely manner. Because I use PayPal, all PayPal payments come with six months of buyer protection, meaning that a refund is still possible within that timeframe. I will get your commission finished before the PayPal buyer protection runs out.

I generally do my commissions on a first come, first served basis! When my commissions are open, I will add those interested to my queue, and I will work my way down the list one at a time. I may occasionally work on my queue out of order, especially when I have multiple bigger projects back to back, to prevent myself from getting burned out. While my commissions are closed, I will not add to my queue until open again, so if interested while I am closed, be sure to check back often; I will post updates on my social media accounts!

If you need a commission done quickly while I have a long queue, I can prioritize your commission for an additional charge, +$10 for every 3 other commissioners in my queue.

If you do not want me to upload your commission to my public art galleries and keep it private, I will charge an extra 15% of the overall price of the commission. Keeping a commission private means I will not get to use it to advertise my art, and I will need to be compensated accordingly. It is your job as the commissioner to let me know that you want the commission to remain private. If you don't let me know, I will upload it.

If I reach you in my queue and you are unable to pay for the commission, I will move on to the next in line and move your slot to the bottom of the queue to give you more time.

For each commission, I will require you provide a reference sheet of your character or fursona; there are numerous free-to-use bases online you can use to display your character's markings! However, if you do not have a reference sheet and do not want to use a base, I will have to charge an additional $10 or more as well as request a very detailed description of your character, as it will be more difficult for me to capture the idea you have in mind without reference.

I accept payment in USD through PayPal only!

All payment should be made through PayPal invoice only! I will send you the invoice; do not send payment through paypal.me!

Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD; no work will be done on the commission until payment goes through.

For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available; this will depend on the price and your circumstances. I will work on the commission in accordance with the amount paid, and I will only complete it when paid in full.

✦ My Commission Process ✦

Before getting started, I will generally discuss the commission with you, getting an idea of the commission you have in mind and the character(s) you want me to draw. Please share as much information with me as you can! The more you let me know, the easier it will be for me to capture your idea on paper. References for your character, poses, backgrounds, etc. are all encouraged!

Once I understand what you have in mind, I will require payment before getting started. Once payment goes through, I will begin working on a rough sketch according to your description.

There is no approval stage for sketch commissions; I will send the final product to you as is. I am willing to make small edits per request (facial expression, overall color, hand position, etc.), but large edits that will require most or all of the sketch to be redrawn will be considered another sketch commission and will have a separate charge.

For all other commissions, I will send you the sketch as a WIP to make sure it is to your liking; if you approve my sketch, I will continue with the commission. If you would like changes to the sketch, I will allow only 1 major change to the sketch (i.e. change in pose, change in character, basically anything that will require most of the sketch to be redrawn). If you are still wanting new sketches after a major change has been made, I will have to charge you for the new sketch (see my "sketch" commission listing for prices). Small edits can be made for no additional charge, and any mistakes made on my part will be fixed for no additional charge. If you are for any reason displeased with the sketch, please let me know! I want you to be satisfied with the final product, and it is easiest to make edits during the sketch phase. Any major edits made after the sketch phase will come with additional charges.

Once the sketch is approved, I will continue the commission; I will send another WIP once flat colors have been applied to make sure I have drawn your character accurately. Once the flat color WIP is approved, I will continue until it until finished. I will then send you the completed files!

✦ Refunds ✦

Sometimes life happens, and you find yourself needing to request a refund. That's totally okay! Please let me know as soon as possible that you are wanting a refund, as the longer you wait, the more work I will do and the less I will be able to refund.

Once the commission has been started, I will be unable to refund the full amount; I will refund depending on the amount of the commission completed, but I am willing to negotiate with you for an amount.

If the commission has been completed, I will be unable to refund any of the overall amount, as the work has been completed on my part. However, I want you to be satisfied with the result, so I will do what I can to make changes to the finished piece, within reason.

✦ As the Artist ✦

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artistic labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales and self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to make reproductions (prints, pins, dakimakuras, etc.) of the artwork at my discretion, unless otherwise agreed upon. If I intend to use your work for reproductions, I will inform you first and foremost. If this is not something you are okay with, please let me know.

I will respect your request to remain anonymous when posting your commission. No explanation necessary.

I cannot claim your Intellectual Property as my own.
- ✦ -
I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question and for any reason, as well as cancel any commission during the commission process. In this case, you will be refunded accordingly. Rude or inappropriate behavior can and will result in the cancellation of your commission. Be kind!

I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches made during the commission process.

✦ As the Commissioner ✦

You may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited or linked back to any of my galleries. Please refer to me as SukariDragon, as that is my username on all platforms. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

You retain the rights to your Intellectual Property.

You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.

You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or blockchains is strictly prohibited.

If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, to resell at conventions, etc. speak to me for information on royalty fees

✦ NSFW Commissions ✦

I am willing to draw NSFW art for you; however, I will require proof that you are not a minor! I'm not about to get into legal trouble just because you're under 18 and want NSFW artwork drawn.

Regardless of the age minors are considered in your country, I require that you be 18 or over to commission me for NSFW art.

If you are wanting NSFW art, I will require that you send me a picture of your license or I.D. with the date of birth and name visible (you can blur out the face and other information).

The name on your I.D./license must match the name listed on your PayPal account. If the two do not match, any payment will be refunded and the commission will be canceled.

For all NSFW artwork, there is an additional charge to the overall price of the commission.

✦ Custom Design Terms of Service ✦

If adopting or commissioning a design from me, please do not sell the design immediately after receiving it. I put a lot of love into my designs, and it hurts to see them passed around carelessly.

If after a while you do decide to resell the design, please do not sell it for more money than you originally paid for it, unless it comes with additional art. Please only include art that was either commissioned or drawn by you in the character's value; do not include gift or trade art.

There are NO REFUNDS with adopted designs. Only purchase / bid on a design of mine if you are certain you want it and you can afford it.

If a custom design is created but not wanted, the design will either be kept by me or resold as an adopt. Please give me as much information as possible during custom design commissions to prevent this from happening.

Failure to follow this ToS during the commissioning process will result in a cancelling of the commission, with or without refund, depending on the circumstances. You will be blacklisted, and I will not do any further business with you.
